Basics:
Name: Phoenix
Real name: John Phoenix
Face: Nose, eyes, hair, and ears all gone. Face severely scared by burns.
Age: 20
Height: 6'1
Weight: 212 lbs
Strength: Normal strength for a person of 20 who activly engages in physical excerise and training.
Blast - Phoenix shoots a portiong of his Chi at an object. Phoenix
controls the power of the blast. Most powerful blast he can fire can
shoot threw a foot of steel.
Flight - Phoenix surrounds himself with the Chi and floats up, and
flys. He can use this same ability to fly other people and objects,
and/or to throw them. Top flight: Mach 3 Time to reach Mach 3: 17minutes
Limitations: His brain doesn't move any faster. So although he can
travel at Mach 3, if he tries to do it close to objects, he can't see
and then dodge them in time.
Sight - He has lost his eyes, no longer being able to see light.
However the powers of Chi allow him to see the Chi of the world around
him. He see's in colors. Words are difficult to read. He can see
certain emotions and physical injuries through the Chi. Because of the
way he sees, he can't have his "sight" played with.
Holograms/telepathy/androids/aliens/shapeshifters can not fool his
sight. He can see holograms, but he can immediately tell they are not
alive. (Android looks completely real, heart beat, pulse, etc, but he
doesn't have the Chi, and even if it is a living sentient Android, as
far as Chi is concerned, it is different than mutants or humans)
Limitations of sight: Magic can fool his sense of sight.
Demons can mess with his sight. (Although he can feel it in this case)
Holograms/telepathy/androids/aliens/shapeshifters can make himhear,feel,
and taste things not there.
Assistance - Gives his power to another. The one he gives his power
to becomes as solid as Iron. While the power is in another the persons
skins turns blue with blue fire beneath the skin. This is not painful.
The person is nearly invulnerable, on a level equal to Collosus.
However strength remains normal. Limitations:
He loses all powers accept for sight, and becomes defencless. Hecan'tfight
or protect as long as his powers are away from him
Can only keep powers away from him for about 10-15 seconds.However,training
and practice has brought the time up from 5 seconds. And maytocontinue to
increase the time.
Shield - His flame can condense around him to serve as a protective field. Strong enough to stop bullets, but drains energy. Phoenix prefers to dodge attacks rather than waste his energy protecting his body.
Minor Healing- He is still new to this facet of his power, but he can and has used his Chi to affect the Chi of others. By doing so he has been able to stop blood flow to an area, deaden pain, and quicken recovery. This however is nothing like a healing factor.
Skills:
Below average hand-to-hand fighter.
Trained in Emergency Medical practices. Studying for a full doctorate. In his last year of training.
Above average gun skills (although refuses to use them or touch them)
Other details:
His Chi is limited. He does not pull in a continuous supply.
His Chi is never destroyed or pulled away. As soon as it is released,it
begins to come back. (full recharge takes 10 minutes of no
power use 90% only takes about a minute)
May eventually learn how to use his powers of minor
healing to the injurment of others.
Clothes - White metalic knee-high boots. White tight jumpsuit
starting out of boot, ending as full face mask surrounding head.
Sleaves and gloves are red. Red metalic forarm armor. Red chest armor,
startting just below chest, covering all of chest and most of
shoulders. Armor very strong, thick plastic, very hard. Similar to
Kevlar, but thicker, solid, and stronger. No belt. Large Avenger symbol
on right chest carved into the armor. Red line starts at second to left
toe on boot. Line is one inch wide. Goes straight up leg, then up
chest. Ends one inch blow left eye. Immediately above line a two inch
red "A" is placed dirently over his left eye. No other markings on
armor. Inside chest armor and boots are various tools. All are designed
around medial uses. (Guaze, tape, syringe, scalpal, pain releiver,
etc.) The white and red jumpstui is body armor made of Kevlar. Limitations:
Heavy. Armor is very heavy. Uses Chi to make them lighter.
Chest guard allows mobility of neck, large opening for neck.
No armor around abdomine or gut region.
Carries the the hammer Mjölnir. (Hammer is nearly powerless, all it does is come to its owner)
